11/12/2010 New York, NY, United States Mat and I imagined a romantic, rock n roll, fantasy wedding that would tell our love story to our 200 guests. For a theme, we agreed that the 1986 fantasy cult film the Labyrinth starring David Bowie was exactly the enchanting look we wanted for our wedding. So while searching for my gown, I had the elaborate dress Jennifer Connely wore in the film in the back of my mind. As soon as I tried on my intricately designed Lazaro gown, and my mother saw me, we both knew it was the right dress. I'm quite petite (only 5'1), and Lazaro's delicate gown really accented everything I wanted it to. At our wedding, I felt more beautiful than I ever have before and it truly was a magical night.
