We were introduced by our best friends three years ago after they both thought we would be the perfect match for each other. Tim planned such a special proposal for us on top of the One World Trade Center in New York because we both see it every day. It's a daily reminder of that special moment together.

We didn't want our wedding to feel generic and wanted to ensure that it felt like us. We got married in a beautiful church in the city and my dad's cousin is a priest so he officiated the wedding for us. We then took pictures on the Highline and had our reception at the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers. It sits right on the water which gives great views and feels like the city but tucked away, so it's quiet and intimidate.

When I was trying on wedding dress, I saw the Decklyn gown tucked away and I immediately had to try it on. My mom and MOH both were skeptical at first but the second I put it on it was a no-brainer that this was perfect for a city wedding. The dress fit my personality and the vibe of our big day.

My bridesmaids wore Hayley Paige Occasions dresses that were absolutely stunning!
