Lindsay and Zach

Our wedding day was everything we envisioned and that we imagined. We wanted a glamorous and classy day that would still be sure to leave our guests wanting more and enjoying every minute - a very delicate balance with formal and fun!

The day started out with all of the ladies getting hair and makeup done by Eye Do Hair and Makeup at the Cincinnati Hilton Netherland Plaza - it was an absolute blast and the stylists did the most amazing job of enhancing the beauty of every single lady. Moms and Grandma included! Once all the ladies were ready and the men were dressed we headed off to the first look at P&G Gardens in downtown Cincinnati.

Our party took the most gorgeous photos at two different locations around Cincinnati (P&G Gardens & Theodore Berry International Frienship Park), before we headed back to The Bell Event Centre for the wedding and reception.

We had a total of nine bridesmaids, nine groomsmen, four flower girls and three ring bearers. And then my two brothers were involved. My oldest brother married us, and nailed it! So many people told us that it was the best wedding ceremony they'd ever been to. My other brother walked me down the aisle in place of my father who is no longer with us. It was a family affair with all my nieces and nephews, and my brothers and their wives in the wedding. And my two closest cousins involved - one as my maid of honor, and the other as one of our groomsmen.

Zach and I both personalized our vows, and my brother wrote the entire ceremony to make it personal to us and our families. There was lots of love, tears, and laughter. Something that very much sums up our relationship. (I am one of the luckiest girls in the world with the most handsome and sweet husband!!!).

Once the ceremony was over, we all went outside to enjoy cocktail hour before the formal introductions back inside before dinner. Dinner was sit down and the food was delicious. After dinner speeches, cake cutting, and our first dance opened up the evenings festivities. After that, the party was on, with drinks flowing, the dance floor packed, and a slow motion video booth & photo booth for the guests to enjoy. The entire night was magical - and we both can say we truly enjoyed every single minute.

I received so many compliments on my gown. It was everything and absolutely perfect. It went with the glamorous theme of the wedding, there was sparkle everywhere, but nothing could outshine the bride. This dress gave me everything I could have ever asked for in terms of how I looked on our most special day. I didn't know how sexy I could feel in the most fabulous ballgown, but my gown did that. And some of the most fun memories and photos are of my maids helping me get everywhere I needed to go, they were absolute champs in helping me to move my gown around and in making sure we took care of the gown.
