Pete and I actually met at high school. We became friends in about year 11 but were never really close. We stayed in touch a little after school, then started dating a few years after we graduated. Pete proposed to me on top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris! We went on a two month holiday to Europe over Christmas including Ireland, Scotland, England, France, Italy, Germany, and even Dubai on the way home. The European winter is so magical and we had the best time away. I had always dreamed of going to Paris and was so excited for the Eiffel Tower. So, after dinner on Boxing Day, we climbed the whole way to the top – it was beyond amazing. Pete asked a stranger if he could take a photo of the two of us but instead of posing with me he got down on one knee and proposed. We were very lucky the stranger kept taking photos and documented the whole thing. I of course started crying and said yes and then everybody on the tower clapped for us – it was completely surreal. I still feel like it was all a dream!

Our wedding style was romantic. Everything was very soft and pretty; very effortless glam.
